Amy Henderson, M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies alum, was named lead gerontologist at the National College of Natural Medicine's new Age Wise Institute in March 2016.
The Marylhurst University student food pantry is located in Marian Hall. The pantry is a large cabinet left of the main entrance, stocked with non-perishable food items.
Accessing the Student Pantry
All Marylhurst community members who are in need of food are welcome to come to the pantry and take what they need. If students have need and they are on campus at a time when Marian Hall is locked, they can check in with reception and security personnel will open Marian Hall.
Donating to the Student Pantry
The Marylhurst University community is invited to participate in keeping the food pantry full. Those wishing to donate commercially sealed, non-perishable food items can bring them to two donation locations:
Main lobby next to reception in B.P. John Administration Bldg.
Main entrance of Marian Hall.
Monetary donations can given under the "Other" category and specified as "Student Food Pantry" through our giving form. Thank you so much for supporting the pantry and providing year-round nourishment to those in need.
