RefWorks: Write-N-Cite

Off Campus Configuration

After downloading and installing Write-N-Cite, you will need to establish a connection to Shoen Library's proxy server in order to access your RefWorks account. Shoen Library does not use the "group code" option.

  1. Download and install Write-N-Cite.
  2. The installation will add the "WNC Proxy Configuration Utility" from the program folder. Choose this option.
  3. Enter the following address for the proxy:
    http://0-www.refworks.com.shoen.iii.com/Refworks/?WNC=true
  4. Launch Write-N-Cite and login.
