Assistive Technology

Shoen Library provides several computer workstations with large, flat-panel display monitors and software that enhances the usability of the workstation. Many configurations are possible.

Software includes:

  • Dragon Naturally Speaking - Allows verbal commands instead of typewritten commands
  • JAWS - Provides comprehensive screen reading capability
  • ZoomText - Enlarges and enhances everything on the screen
