Transcripts


How do I request a transcript?
Click here for information about ordering a transcript. 


Will my classes from other schools be listed on my Marylhurst transcript?
Your Marylhurst transcript will indicate a total number of credits transferred from other institutions, but only coursework taken at Marylhurst University will be listed. For a record of all your past coursework, you must request transcripts directly from each institution you attended.


How soon will my transcript get there?

Transcript processing requires 3-5 working days. If you requested your transcript to be sent electronically, delivery is immediate after processing. Transcripts requested to be sent on paper are sent by US mail after the processing is complete. Please be aware that transcripts cannot be released until all accounts with the university are paid.


Have you received my transcript from another school?

Transcripts from other schools (for both new and continuing students) are received in the Admissions Office. Please contact admissions at 503-699-6268 or e-mail them at admissions@marylhurst.edu

How do I log in to My Marylhurst?

Go to the My Marylhurst login page. In the orange bar at the top, enter your user ID and password, then click "login." Your user ID is your 7-digit Marylhurst ID number.


How do I find out my Marylhurst ID number?

Go to the My Marylhurst login page and look for the green "help" bubble on the right-hand side. Click look up ID number. Answer the 3 questions and click Submit


How do I reset my password?

Go to the My Marylhurst login page. In the orange bar at the top, enter your user ID and password, then click "Don't know my password". On the next screen, click "Email new password."


Registration


What is the last day to add or drop a class?

I have a registration hold. What do I need to do to register?

Students have holds for a variety of different reasons. Read the message in My Marylhurst carefully to know who you need to contact.


Where can I find the Schedule of Courses?

A link to the Schedule of Courses appears at the top of every page on the Marylhurst website.


Grades


Why isn't my grade showing up in My Marylhurst?

Grades are due on the second Monday after the end of the term and are visible in My Marylhurst shortly after your instructor submits them. If you don't see your grade, check with your instructor to see if he or she has submitted your grade.


I repeated a class and got a better grade. Why does the old grade still show up on my record?

Processing of repeat class grades is a by-hand process done at the end of the term after all grades are received. If you need a specific repeat grade processed earlier, please email registrar@marylhurst.edu after your grade is submitted with a request for earlier processing.


I improved my grades this term. Why am I still on academic alert or probation?

Academic standing is determined for all students at once after all grades are received. Please allow up to one week after the grade due date for your academic standing to be changed in the computer system. You can still register while you are on alert or probation by submitting a paper registration form accompanied by a signature or email of an adviser permitting you to take those specific classes.

How do I change my email/phone/address?

Login onto My Marylhurst and following these steps:

  1. In the orange bar at the top, click on the words "Personal Info" next to the pencil icon.
  2. Click on the "Contact Info" tab.
  3. Click on the pencil icon.
  4. Make your changes and click submit.

Please be aware the changes must be processed by the Office of the Registrar and will not appear until the next business day.


How do I get an enrollment verification for my lender/employer/insurance company?

Enrollment and degree verifications for Marylhurst University are handled by our partner, The National Student Clearinghouse. The form you submit to us will be routed to the Clearinghouse for processing. Note that if you are requesting verification for a term that has not yet started, the Clearinghouse cannot process the form unit the term has started.

Graduation


When will I get my diploma?

Diplomas are mailed 6-8 weeks after the end of the term in which you graduated. Please be aware that diplomas cannot be released until all accounts with the university are paid.
