The Registrar's Office is a centralized place for students' academic records. Services include registering students for classes, issuing official Marylhurst University grades and transcripts, and processing applications for graduation.
Transcripts
Students and alumni may view and print an unofficial transcript online. To request an official transcript, download a Transcript Request form.
Register for Classes
Students may register for classes, drop classes, file a change of address and check grades online via My Marylhurst.

Course Schedule
The Schedule of Courses is published quarterly. In addition to current course offerings, the schedule includes helpful information on University policies and services.
Academic Terms
Marylhurst University operates on a quarter system, with four academic terms each year in Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer.
ID Cards
ID cards are issued by request to any current student or faculty member.
Graduation & Commencement
Students apply for graduation with the Registrar's Office. The Registrar also takes RSVPs for those participating in Commencement ceremonies.
