DiplomasConfidentiality of Student Records (FERPA)
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (FERPA), sets forth requirements regarding the privacy of student records. Students will be notified annually of their FERPA rights through publication of a notification statement in the Schedule of Courses. This notification is also available by clicking on the link below. A printed copy of the notification is available from the Office of the Registrar on request.
