Excelsior College Examination ProgramExcelsior College Exams are designed to give individuals an opportunity to demonstrate proficiency in various college-level subjects. Most Excelsior College Exams are objective, consisting of multiple-choice questions. Some are entirely essay exams, and some are a combination. The exams cover work typical of undergraduate-level courses. A list of examination subjects and potential credits is available through the Center for Experiential Learning and Assessment and on the Excelsior Web site. Score ReportsStudents must order an official Excelsior College Examination transcript to be sent to Marylhurst. Although Marylhurst accepts credit for Excelsior College exams, it does not administer them. Excelsior College examinations are given at Pearson Testing Centers.
