BA in PsychologyThe Bachelor of Arts in Psychology program is designed to expand knowledge and understanding of life's most fascinating subject the human psyche. In this program, students: Broaden their ideas on what makes us human, how we learn and develop, and what drives personalities, intellects and emotions from infancy to maturity; Increase their understanding of how research is conducted, what the data really mean and where to get the answers; and Amass the knowledge and skill to help others grow, evolve and heal. Through theory, case study, observation, experimentation and therapeutic intervention, psychology provides insight into human development, personality, behavior and attitude. Montessori Cooperative Program
Marylhurst's cooperative education agreement with Montessori Institute Northwest allows students to pursue an undergraduate degree at Marylhurst and a certificate in Montessori education simultaneously.
