If you have never received veterans' education benefits before, please complete Form 22-1990: Application for VA Education Benefits.
If you have received veterans' education benefits while attending another higher education institution,
please complete Form 22-1995: Request for Change of Program or Place of Training.

If you prefer to file electronically, you may complete Form 22-1990 or Form 22-1995
online at the VA online application website.
If you file online, please send a copy of your online application to the certifying
officials in the Office of Financial Aid at Marylhurst University.
Certifying your enrollment
When we have received your completed forms and verified your registration for the
appropriate term, our certifying official will certify your enrollment with the Department
of Veterans Affairs. We usually certify enrollment two weeks prior to the start of
each term.
