Clackamas County awarded Marylhurst University the highest possible recognition in its Leaders in Sustainability program, Gold certification, on April 20, 2016.
Your official award letter will indicate whether your parent is eligible for a federal Parent PLUS loan.
Please take the following steps to receive your Parent PLUS loan:
1. For 2015-16, accept or decline each fund on the 'My Awards' tab in FinAidOnline, and return your completed Parent PLUS Loan Confirmation Form (to be done by parent borrower). For 2016-17, make sure to change the year in the upper right corner to 2016-2017 first. If you would like to utilize a different amount of PLUS loan than what was offered to you, be sure to indicate the new amount on the form.
2. Complete and sign a federal Parent PLUS loan master promissory note online. The MPN is a binding legal document your parent will sign to show a commitment to repay the loan. To complete and sign the MPN, your parent will need the PIN (changes coming in late April) he/she used to electronically sign your FAFSA. Our office will be notified when your parent has completed the MPN.
