The Mentee's Role"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." Eleanor RooseveltAs a mentee, alumni or community mentors will serve to inspire and to help you develop tools to weave rich personal and professional experiences. To help ensure the sustainability of the Alumni Mentor Program and the services provided, we need mentees to share experiences and feedback through the Mentee Progress Sheet. How the Mentee Progress Sheet Works:
1) The Program Coordinator will email the Mentee Progress Sheet to the mentee once a match has been made with a mentor. Click here to view an example of the Mentee Progress Sheet 2) The mentee is required to complete one sheet for each mentor quarterly. It is due (either mailed or emailed) the last day of the term. The Program Coordinator will send out reminders of the due date. 3) Your feedback will be used to guide continuous improvement of the mentor program. *The Winter Term Mentee Progress Sheet is due Friday, March 19, 2010. | |||||||
