Nomination Process
Nominations close: Thursday, April 15. DEADLINE EXTENDED TO APRIL 30.
Interested persons are encouraged to self-nominate for a leadership role in MUSAC. For more information about MUSAC, please see the MUSAC Charter (attached).
If you are interested in serving, submit the nomination form (attached) to a member of the nomination team (see below) by April 30.

COMPOSITION OF THE MUSAC LEADERSHIP TEAM
The 12 leadership positions in MUSAC are:
- 4 students
- 4 staff members
- 3 faculty member
- 1 community member or Marylhurst alum
TERMS OF SERVICE
The MUSAC Leadership Team serves:
- faculty and staff, 2 years
- students and community member or Marylhurst alum, 1 year
Responsibilities of the Leadership Team members include:
- Representation of MUSACs work and recommendations to the University in general and the Presidents Administrative Cabinet in particular
- Determining the focus of work for MUSAC on an annual basis
- Regular attendance at Sustainability Advisory Council meetings
- Participation in at least one steering committee
- Participation in task groups and/or activities sponsored by MUSAC
- Service as meeting minutes secretary on a rotating basis
THE PROCESS
The nomination period is open from March 18 through April 15, 2010. Selection of the leadership team will be made by ACAB (Marylhurst University Administrative Cabinet).
