Organizational & Leadership Studies Concentration

Our organizational and leadership studies concentration in the master's in interdisciplinary studies program empowers you to become a leader.

You'll develop the values and visions to sustain an organization through change and growth. Advanced seminars give you the tools to analyze complex organizational systems and facilitate positive change.

This concentration is ideal for professionals in any organization, large or small, corporate or nonprofit.

Contexts & Systems in Organizational Communication
Power, Influence & Conflict Resolution
Organizational Change
Learning Organizations
Cultural Competence in Organizations
Dynamic Team Building: Engaging, Coalescing & Leading Group Potential
Independent Study
or other course with the INC prefix
