About 

Dr. Bokowski received a MA in Philosophy and a Ph.D. in Political Science, both from The Ohio State University. She served as chair of the Marylhurst Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies Department from 2000-2011 and was Chair of the Graduate College from 2001 until 2011. Currently, she is Dean of the School of Graduate Studies. She was a member of the Board of the Association of Graduate Liberal Studies Programs from 2006-2009. Recently, she co-edited the association's 2011 publication of Graduate Liberal Studies: A Guidebook for Directors, Faculty and Staff.
