Jan Carpenter is a dedicated educator with 20 years of experience teaching and leading at the university and middle school levels. Most recently, she has served as the Director of the MAT Full-time Format at George Fox University. Her focus of her work has been the professional identity development of preservice teachers, middle level education, and supervision models for clinical practice. Additionally, Jan serves as the Chair of the Professional Preparation Advisory Committee for the Association of Middle Level Education and the Chair of the Oregon Middle Level Consortium.
