Prior to joining the Marylhurst Education Department, Courtney worked as the Assistant Executive Director for the Oregon Education Association (OEA) for several years. In addition to teaching, Courtney serves on the Business Education Compact and the Oregon Leadership Network, representing the Marylhurst Education Program.
