About

Charlotte is principal of Boeckman Creek Primary School in the West Linn-Wilsonville School District. She has taught primary grades and special education, and has worked as a teacher on special assignment to assist other teachers with curriculum, instruction and assessment. She has presented at conferences and workshops throughout the state, and has taught reading comprehension continuing education courses at Portland State University.

Charlotte holds a K-12 reading endorsement from the University of Montana and an educational administration degree from Lewis & Clark College.
