Annette Shore is a board certified art therapist and supervisor and a nationally certified, licensed professional counselor who has been on the faculty at Marylhurst University since 1992. Her experience includes work with clients and patients of all ages in hospitals, schools, long-term care and community mental health settings. She is currently in private practice in Portland, Oregon, providing art therapy and counseling for children, adults and families.
Ms. Shore has contributed to the profession of art therapy by writing numerous articles and book reviews, presenting at national conferences and serving on the editorial review board for Art Therapy: Journal of the American Art Therapy Association.
