Onsite Training

Did you know that Marylhurst University works directly onsite at organizations to train employee groups and offer one-on-one or small group coaching services? We also practice what we teach and can help you apply learning outside the classroom through project consulting and other hands on work.

At Marylhurst's Professional Development Center, we routinely work directly with companies to provide courses and trainings, consulting, even presenters and facilitators for work retreats, all-staff meetings, and other group events.

Drawing on our core programs including the Mini-MBA, The Professional Innovator and our Lean Boot Camp, we sprecialize in developing highly engaging and practical learning sessions for your people. We can adjust sessions to highlight exactly what you need most, and we can integrate language and examples from your organization and industry to make learning as useful as possible.

Training topics include:

  • Leadership
  • Finance for the Non-Accountant
  • Project Management
  • Lean
  • Agile
  • Sustainability
  • Supply Chain
  • Coaching and Performance Management
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Marketing and Branding

To get started, contact Rod Johnson at 503.699.6266 or rjohnson@marylhurst.edu. The process is simple. We want to know who you have in mind to train and what you'd like them to learn. We can meet with you to discuss details, and then put together a proposal for your review. If you like what you see, we set dates, put together a contract for your to review and sign, and begin our preparations. It's easy and we take care of everything.
