Wendi consults in the medical technology industry and has taught at the University of Phoenix for nine years, where she is an Area Chair for Organizational Behavior and Development in the undergraduate business management program. As a consultant, she has assisted her clients with an array of challenges, from developing marketing and sales strategy, management coaching and organizational change, improving sales performance, brand repositioning, and website/ advertising/collateral materials design and development.
As a past Quality Council member, she holds a certification as an ISO internal quality systems auditor. She has served as co-owner of an international export company, general manager in medical technology manufacturing, high technology sales manager, marketing manager and publishing assistant editor in a range of private companies.
