About

I am an active member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi as well as a certified Project Management Institute (PMI) member and am active in other professional organizations. As a "Pracademic", I also work with other professionals to expand the relationship between practitioners and academics so that education does not lose contact with the rest of the world and the rest of the world does not forget the power of academic processes. My 2013 Dissertation Topic and ongoing research focus is Sticky IT Workers: Discovering Why Information Technology Professionals Retain Their Employers.
