Mike is a senior policy analyst with the Bonneville Power Administration, where he develops and implements strategies to review and mitigate the environmental impacts of the agency's transmission line projects and related work. An expert on environmental laws and planning, his work history includes stints with the U.S. Forest Service, National Park Service and a private consulting firm. He has published and lectured widely on environmental law topics.
