Leon has more than 30 years of management experience in fields such as supervision, education, training, curriculum development, instructional design, employee involvement, organizational development, leadership, executive development training, project implementation, and project management. He has published more than 85 academic articles.

  • Received the 500 Hour Certificate of Advanced Management Studies from the National Management Association
  • Achieved "Certified Manager" ranking from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers at James Madison University
