About

Kurt M. Shusterich has been working in the Organizational Effectiveness/Development field for over 20 years. Most of that experience has been in the health care industry, though he has consulted in a variety of other industries. He is an expert in organizational change management and in using interest-based problem solving for helping individuals and groups with different perspectives on issues come to mutually agreeable outcomes.

Dr. Shusterich spent three years as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ocean Policy Center at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution in Massachusetts. He has lived in England for 9 years and has traveled throughout Europe and Asia. In November of 2007 he was part of a kayak group that traveled to the Falkland Islands, South Georgia Island, and the Antarctic Peninsula.
