A landscape architect, Kelly is principal of Confluence Planning, and has spent 15 years working in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. She has assisted her clients with sustainable neighborhood planning, stormwater management, renewable energy, sustainable transportation, food systems and community design, as well as facilitated design workshops.

  • Holds LEED-AP certification
  • Program manager for North American Sustainable Transportation Council
  • Coauthor of Cartopia: Portland's Food Cart Revolution
  • Teaches SUS 562 (Sustainable Community Development)
