About

Eileen is the Curriculum Specialist for the AOP Sustainable Business MBA. She partners with faculty and the Program Chair in facilitating ongoing quality improvements in individual courses, as well as in the program, overall. She has been with the Marylhurst AOP program since its inception, having taught the very first class in the program, and has served in a variety of roles during its exciting growth. She teaches courses in ethical leadership, organizational change, and organizational behavior. She was a 2008 recipient of the Marylhurst University "Excellence in Teaching" award.

Eileen is an industrial organizational psychologist with a Ph.D. from the University of South Florida, whose I/O Psychology graduate program has been ranked as one of the top 10 in the U.S. She has extensive experience as a corporate trainer and career coach. She has developed and managed career planning programs and resource centers, developed management succession programs, and counseled individuals at all organizational levels during career transitions.

Her own career transition began in 2005 with her entry into the world of online education. Since that time, she has been actively involved in course development, faculty training and coaching, and in online teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
