The Marylhurst business program offers a range of leadership training opportunities throughout the year, designed to help businesspeople expand their leadership skillsets.
Through the Marylhurst University Center for Servant Leadership, we offer four one-day, 1-credit undergraduate and graduate-level seminars each year on different aspects of what it means to be a servant leader. Past seminars have focused on topics such as:
- Building foundational leadership skills and processes
- Developing cross-cultural leadership skills
- Living your values
- Pairing leadership with emotional intelligence
- Developing life/work balance
We also partner with Leadership Lake Oswego to sponsor and offer leadership and servant leadership training and seminars.
In addition, we host regular information sessions for those who are interested in learning more about our bachelor's degree programs.
