Message from the Dean

"Transformation" is a word you hear a lot in the Marylhurst University School of Business.

We have built our bachelor's and master's degree programs to help you transform your life and reach your professional goals — and to do it in a way that's convenient for you. We're also constantly seeking to transform the definition of a great business education to include an experience that inspires, not just educates. Discussion, peer learning, teamwork and challenging, relevant tasks are all part of the business world, so at Marylhurst they play a prominent role in your business education, too.

As a business student at Marylhurst, you'll benefit from a curriculum grounded in values, ethics and service, all core tenets of a true liberal arts education. Our faculty are leaders in their professions who also excel as instructors, providing personalized attention to each and every student. We know your goals and challenges are unique, so we provide several different areas of focus for you to choose from, and a number of pathways to your degree. Our program truly is built around the needs of working professionals.

We're very proud of our track record in graduating business professionals who are well-equipped to lead in our diverse, complex and ever-changing world. We think we have something very special to offer, so I encourage you to explore our business programs and ask detailed questions to see if we're the right fit for you.

Warm regards,

Mary Bradbury Jones
Dean
