Alexander Technique
Lauri Elizabeth is certified to teach Alexander Technique by the American Society for the Alexander Technique. She graduated with the first class from the Oregon Center for the Alexander Technique in 2003 and continues to assist on the training course as time allows. Lauri discovered the technique while pursuing a music degree at Northwestern University. Her study of the technique has helped with performance anxiety, avoiding injury and maintaining calm in the face of stress, especially as she develops new skills like partner acrobatics and biking in the city.
