Gilbert & Sullivan: Pirates of Penzance

featuring internationally renowned Gilbert and Sullivan interpreter Alistair Donkin


The Marylhurst Chorale and the Choral Union end their concert seasons with Pirates of Penzance, a comic opera in two acts, with music by Arthur Sullivan and libretto by W.S. Gilbert. 

Special guest artist Alistair Donkin of England, one of the world's great G&S interpreters, is stage director and narrator for the two Marylhurst performances. Dr. Justin Smith of the Marylhurst University Department of Music conducts.
