Jo Anne Long joined the Marylhurst faculty in 2013, when she co-designed and implemented an online gerontology concentration for the university's MBA in Health Care Management program. She has presented at a wide range of legal and healthcare continuing education conferences. Her career includes more than 20 years of executive and upper management leadership in the health insurance, legal and health care delivery fields. She serves on the Board of Directors of Bridge Meadows, a multigenerational community that helps Oregon foster children to find their adoptive families with the support of surrogate grandparents.
