Tim Borne is an executive organizational development consultant with Kaiser Permanente Northwest Region. He has worked as a change leader for both KFH and TPMG. Currently Tim is leading the change management effort on the medical home implementation which will transform primary care in the Northwest region.
Tim is a highly sought after speaker both inside and outside Kaiser Permanente. He has been a guest speaker in the Northern California, Southern California, Colorado and Hawaii regions and serves as an adjunct professor at Marylhurst University and Pacific University where he teaches communication skills in both the graduate and undergraduate programs. Tim has considerable expertise in the areas of conflict management, dealing with difficult behavior, interpersonal effectiveness and influence skills for leaders.
