Jennifer Webster is a private consultant and has been providing management and leadership development and human relations services to organizations for more than 15 years. She also works part time at Columbia Sportswear Company as their training manager.
In addition to Marylhurst University, Webster teaches for the Oregon State University graduate school of education.
