About
Chelsea Martin has been a college instructor since 2001 and a professional communication specialist since 2005.
In 2007 Martin started a communication consulting business called 4C Professional Communication with the mission of cultivating trusting and productive workplace cultures. Services that 4C provides include coaching, training, meeting and strategic planning facilitation, development of performance review systems, and conflict mediation. 4C's clients include both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
Volunteer work is also an important part of her life. Recent volunteer experiences include West Linn-Wilsonville School District, most recently serving as PTA president at Lowrie Primary in Wilsonville; the nonprofit organization Si Padres; Atkinson Memorial Church; and Marylhurst University.
