DSST (DANTES Subject Standardized Tests)
The DSST program is a nationally recognized testing program that provides students the opportunity to earn college credit through a variety of lower- and upper-division level examinations. Refer to this Credit by Examination Guidelines for specifics about DSST topics we accept, and requirements for minimum passing scores,
Fees for DSST testing is typically around $120, depending on the testing site used. The DSST test fee is $80, and the testing site will typically charge an administrative fee of $20-30.
To have official score reports mailed to Marylhurst, students must be sure to enter our college code 9743 on the answer sheet.
Test scores are usually mailed to Marylhurst within four to five weeks of the test date. Credits for exams successfully completed will be recorded as transfer credit on students' Marylhurst transcripts.
Students will learn their score immediately upon completing the computerized exam.
