Third Annual Irish Language Immersion Day
For Release: May 05, 2009Come and hear the Irish language spoken and practiced many thousands of miles from its homeland. An Irish Language Immersion Day—for fluent speakers and absolute beginners—will introduce the delights of the Irish language during courses and workshops at Marylhurst University. Each instructor was born in Ireland and is experienced in teaching Irish as a second language to adults and children. Activities, which include classes on Irish music and dance, are conducted in a friendly atmosphere with an emphasis on conversation.
