Undergraduate Information Session at Marylhurst University

For Release: April 03, 2008

Marylhurst University will host an information meeting for prospective undergraduate students who want to visit the campus and learn about academic programs on Saturday, May 3 from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the BP John Administration Building. To register, call 503.699.6268.

"Those interested in earning a degree will find all the information they need in one place," said Katie Abbott, director of admissions. "For many, it's difficult to schedule multiple appointments. We bring everything together so they can get questions answered in one visit."

The information meeting will include an introduction to Marylhurst University and details about application requirements for bachelor's degrees and professional certificates. Representatives and advisors from admissions, financial aid, career services and prior learning assessment will be available to answer questions.

Marylhurst's programs are designed to help busy adults earn a college degree while balancing family and professional obligations. Small, seminar-style classes are offered evenings, weekends, weekdays and online.

Marylhurst University, located one mile south of Lake Oswego on Highway 43, offers professional certificates and degrees for undergraduate and graduate studies.
