MBA alum David Ferry was promoted to the rank of major in the
U.S. Army.
Major Ferry's badges and awards include: Combat Action Badge; Parachutist Badge; Bronze Star Medal; two Meritorious Service Medals; Army Commendation Medal with one oak leaf cluster; Army Achievement Medal; National Defense Service Medal; Iraq Campaign Medal with three stars; Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; Army Service Ribbon; three Overseas Service Ribbons; and Cavalry Spurs.
He is currently an instructor at the Engineer Captains Career Course at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
