Financial Reporting and Budget Analyst
Perform complex financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for the university. This position assists in the development and monitoring of the university’s operating and capital budgets while providing consultative budget services to departments. This position is also responsible for conducting research and cost-benefit analyses; identifying efficiencies; creating weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for distribution; and monitoring compliance.
Event Set-up and Janitorial
Primarily responsible for set up and removal of all equipment, furniture, and signage, for university events. When not setting up for events, responsible for thorough cleaning of all designated building spaces, meeting quality standards within budgeted time.

Responsible for tracking, processing, and maintaining admission application files, records, and support documents. Assist in providing general administrative support to the Office of Admissions.
Director of Human Resources
Responsible for the overall administration and leadership of Marylhurst University's human resources; including planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating services, functions, and programs consistent with the university's mission and overall vision. Responsible for partnering with managers to provide support, education and advice on appropriate application of human resources, best practice policies, and procedures.
